Their rating says a lot. AVOID this rental car company. Very unprofessional,unfriendly people! Rent a car elsewhere. There are plenty of other places. Don't plan on getting your car on time, do not plan on it being clean, and don't plan on being treated friendly with good customer service. Used to be a good place....that has changed...
Normally I have good experiences with all enterprise locations but when I was having issues with 2 other locations, the Derby office went above and beyond and took care of my needs. I look forward to doing business with this office again.

We have been frequent renters and have always received exceptional service here. Friendly and courteous environment and staff. We live closer to a different Enterprise location where we use to rent frequently but, because we enjoy the professionalism of the management that transferred to this location the drive is worth it for us!
