Dr Bongers and his team helped me immensely. Very thorough. They even called me at home after my blood work came back and had me get on the right antibiotic that same Friday evening. Very grateful for Dr B and the follow-up hours after i left the office. Great team. I trust him and his team. I had not seen a Dr in years. A nurse recommended Dr Bongers. so thankful she did.
As a college student i dread going into dr. offices for physicals. Takes to much time and wait is forever. So i go to this dr office and im out of their with in 15 minutes. Dr. Bongers and his crew is doing a great job.
Husband having stomach issues and he wont give us answers and just pushing meds or the same tests. Tried four tests all came back negative and ever time we go in for the same thing he always makes jokes. Seriously has the worst bed side manners for us.
I've been seeing Dr. Bongers since 2004 and he is the best! I moved out of state for a few years and still came back for annual physicals. His nurse Shelly and he make up one heck of a team! I would trust him with any issue me or my family faced. He is very efficient and to the point. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I LOVE Derby Family Medical Center and Dr. Bongers. My whole family goes to him and it's so nice to be able to see one doctor for any one of us. I can always get an appointment very quickly and I LOVE the hours. It is so convenient to have them open late in the evenings and on the weekends!!!!
