Sprint service is horrible and then you walk into this store. Since the online web site wasn't working at all. I went to the store looking for a print out of my call log. I was greeted by a unwilling employee. Not only did she make every excuse to not help me. Then she told me it would be fraudulent for me to take a screen shot of my call log. Why a screen shot because the store was out of paper! While this employee made every excuse not to help me. I simply asked where there is another sprint store is that is equipped to help me. She told me I was being rude! Now call me crazy but asking for a company to produce a product is not rude. I mean she said her self the website was experiencing technical difficulties.
Great employees and great survice just wish they could deal with major problems so u dont have to go to wichita to have to deal with technical issues
My experience was terrible. I was quoted $60 less than what my bill shows. They put the screen protector on without it sealing all the way and said if it doesnt seal the rest of the way just bring it back in and they would fix it. I went back to get it fixed 4 times within that month. Every time i went in they said they were out of the screen protector. They would not entertain ordering me a screen protector. They never fixed it. All in all everything they said was a lie. A con of sorts. I do regret signing a contract with Sprint
They were very helpful and forthcoming with information. about the questions that I asked. I did not feel that the sales reps were or aggressiveness lmake a sale or to upsell me a phone
