We are extremely dissatisfied with the services provided for Sara Wheelocks Funeral Service. Whoever prepared the body for viewing did an atrocious job with her makeup. Her hair and skin complexion were terrible. Her face looked like clay with no skin tone at all. Her hair looked plastered to her head with grease. You would think with the amount of money charged she should have looked much better. We had a graveside service and since she was 81 years old many of those attending the service were also in the same age range. We requested additional chairs and were told that only 10 chairs would be provided. A few more were provided but still not enough. When we requested to speak to someone to register our complaint we were told it would not do any good. All we wanted was to be treated with a little respect and dignity for the deceased family and friends. We have many friends and family in Derby. And we plan on telling all who will listen of our experience. We will NOT be recommending your
