If you have to be in rehab this is the place to go. It is clean, comfortable, homey. The nurses and aids are really wonderful. If you have to live in assisted living. ...choose Derby Health and Rehab.
Derby is one of the best places to be!!! Just recently they ranked #8 facility in all of Kansas! Very clean, amazing staff, and attentive management. Cna and nurses are so nice and helpful, this is the place to be!! Great peace of mind knowing my loved one is being taken care of!
My Mom was in the Derby Rehab after being discharge from the hospital. On a Positive note the nurses are fabulous the only issue they are spread VERY thin! I wanted to cry for them at times. The CNA & CMA are inexperience and don't take care of the patients. My Mom layed in soil sheets for hours and didn't have a bath for over 10 days. When I asked about someone giving her a shower multiple times they always said she was next. The administration is a joke they do NOT return your calls and do not follow through. Please if you are considering this place find a different place for your love one. Don't let the New building fool you!
