I had a wonderful experience at Gemstone jewelers! The selection was awesome with so many different varieties and types of rings. It was very difficult to select a ring as all of the stock there was absolutely gorgeous and it was tempted to buy all of it but I couldn't as it would break me! lol I selected the perfect ring for me and the customer service was awesome. The lady salesclerk and the owner were very friendly and they really seemed to know their jewelry. I will only go here to buy my jewelry although I live in West Wichita. It's worth the drive to get quality jewelry and excellent/knowledgeable customer service!
I went in today to have my Bulova watch looked at for repair. The second I walked in I was met with a very warm welcome. The ladies working were absolutely wonderful and very friendly. The price I was quoted to fix my watch was very affordable, and much less than what the large retail store in the mall was going to charge me. The repairs will be done in-house and not shipped out, which is great because the watch holds sentimental value . I always try to support local business in my community, and I truly appreciate their support of our military and first responders. I recommend Gemstone Jewelers to anyone looking for a no-pressure, very professional, warm and welcoming experience. They have gained my business, and most importantly, my trust.
