In the bag cleaners in Derby Ks has the worst customer service. They don't honor the saving discount text if you missed the drop off by a day. The staff is argumentative and never puts the customer first.
I had my clothes laundered here, and they came back with an awful smell.
HORRIBLE! Don't even bother. They ask you to tell them ahead of time if you have a coupon...even if you do tell them...don't count on getting the discount. Dress wasn't even cleaned properly--never going back.
