Great helpful and friendly staff. When I was looking to switch my dog's food, the game me all sorts of samples to try before buying. Their pet food program is that you'll get a free bag after you purchase 12.
I do not recommend this place at all, here's why. My friends and I are high school students, with dogs. So we went to look for toys and treats, but from the moment we went into the stores I was not going to buy from here. When we went into the store, the lady at the counter gave us the nasty look. It continued as we politely browsed through the store. This lady continued to pass by the us giving us the rudest look, and whispering to other employees.
It's honestly disgusting how unfriendly their staff is. If you want to a friendly place to stop for your pets go to Petco or something. My friends and I were horribly treated because I guess we are young or something, even though we didn't do anything, but browse quietly and then my friend bought her dog a few bones. I didn't make any purchases, because I refuse to buy from a place that decided it was okay to look and whisper about some high school students that didn't do anything.
The staff is very knowledgeable about products & is always helpful when we have questions about what to get our dogs. They help us find the right food, bed, toys, harness & treats for each dog regardless of price. Not all stores can say that as they are product driven not pet driven.
Great products and really helpful/knowledgeable employees. I get all of out pet products here!
