Ordered three sandwiches thru the drive. The receipt was correct. When I got home, clear across town, I figured out that the footlong I ordered was only a 6 in. Another sandwich, steak and cheese with double meat, barely had any meat. And all of the sandwiches looked like they were just thrown together; very sloppy. I have never had this happen at any other Subway. This is the second time this has happened. First time was a few months ago and I thought maybe it was just a new employee and gave them another try. It was so bad this time that I had to say something. I had to take my sandwiches back to get a refund since I didn't get what I paid for. Will stay away from this Subway and go to the one on Madison next time.

Normally this location is good but I went to get a sandwich and thankfully I got the flat bread that is stored in a bag. There were flies having their way with the bread in the bread storage box! Ewww gross. I think I'll go to a different location now even if it means driving longer for me.

I have eaten here a few times. Lately I have been getting sick though. The drive through i really slow and the I am the only patron there! The staff should be talked to about being a little quicker and perhaps have an extra hard look at food standards.

I feel like the 2 girls working have only been there 2 days. Sandwiches ok. Gone downhill since opening. -----My wife, son, and Myself just went for lunch at the same location. We were the 1st ones in line, and after waiting 7-10 minutes to order because the drive-thru was getting all the attention by the only 2 employees , we left after watching a employee REPEATEDLY scratch her face, adjust her hair, and dig in her ear with her gloves on and then touch sandwiches, dig in the meats and vegetables. We are DONE with this location!

This Subway is a joke. Spent 15 + minutes in the drive thru to get 2 chopped salads ($15) when there were practically no customers inside. The drive thru attendant hands them to me and they are less than half full. She fixes one salad by adding more veggies and then I get home and there's no cheese and no dressing. What a disappointment! I call up to see if they will make this right and Keaton tells me there is no manager on staff. Well, that makes sense, maybe that's why nothing is right? Ask for the name of the manager so I can get a call back and not only is the manager not there...he can't tell me her name...really? I would give 1/2 a star if only there was one.
