I had to wait almost a week for the salon owner to return my call. She promised to get back with me the following day. It's been four days without a returned phone call.

A bad cut is something time can fix but a horrible coloring experience which leaves your hair over processed and burned... well that takes a lot more time and money to fix. Despite my inquiring how long the color was left on my hair, the stylist again claimed that the Aveda products required different treatment times and I was fine.

My hair was ruined. The stylist did not listen when I explained the specific attention my hair requires. My hair is too short. Despite paying the HIGHEST RATES in town for services, the stylist obviously did not have proper training and or experience to understand the importance of listening to how their client would like to have their hair cut or colored.

Here is my advice.... RUN AWAY! I feel if you are paying for professional services then professional service is what you should receive. Accidents and mishaps happen because we are all human. The problem I have is handling the situation professionally is the biggest indicator of satisfied customer service. Not keeping your word as a salon owner is a big tip off that professional dedication to quality service is not this salons priority.

Words cannot describe how damaged my hair is at this point. The expectation as a client is when I go into a salon I EXPECT MY HAIR TO BE AS HEALTHY OR HEALTHIER by the time I leave the salon.

I AM NOT FINE. My ends of my hair are split and every time I comb, brush or run my fingers through my hair more breakage falls like snow on my shoulders and lap.

Here is my real problem.... NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! Even the stylist who did this, doesn't deny that my hair reacted badly and my ends are very very damaged. Though she claims to have not cut too much off my length, which is not the case. Almost half of my length is gone and in the back over 3/4 of my length is gone. Again not what I requested at all.
